Fine in Very Good jacket. This is de luxe edition number 357 of 750 made. The boards are bound in de luxe skivertex red, and they are pristine and square, with vibrant gold gilt to the front, back, and spine. The dust jacket is shelf rubbed, marked and edge worn with some small closed tears along the top edges near the spine. There is some slight surface damage at the back near the spine as well. Despite this, the dust jacket remains bright and whole. Internally, the front end page is ever so slightly marked from the dust jacket, but the pages within are neat, crisp and complete. There are no inscriptions or annotations. The binding is tight, and it is presented beautifully in cellophane. JV.K.

The boards are a touch edge worn, but remain square and whole, with stunning gold gilt on the front, back and spine. The dust jacket is slightly rubbed and edge worn, with some small, unnoticeable creases and scratches on the surface, particularly on the back. The edges near the spine are beginning to fray a tad. Despite this, the jacket remains whole, clean and intact. Internally, there is a previous owner's signature on the front end page in black ink. The edges of the pages within have yellowed ever so slightly. This is barely noticeable, however, and the text is not affected in any way. The pages are clean, crisp and complete, with no defect or marking. The binding is tight and it is presented beautifully in cellophane. JV.

Very Good in Fair jacket. Edited by the Geological expert, E S A Antrobus, this book is one of a limited edition of a limited printing of 1250 copies. It is bound in skivertex green. The dustjacket is thick and strong, but has wear and some tear. All edges and corners are worn. The front and back covers of the dj have shelving wear to their bodies. The dj front cover has a short tear to the top right hand corner-there is a consequent crease along the top edge. The dj spine has wear to the head and foot. The green cover is in near fine condition. It has mild shelving depressions to the corners and the head and foot of the spine. The appropriately gold printing is very clear, clean and bold. The inside front cover has a long, thin pencil (? ) mark. The frontispage has handling marks. The title page has a previous owner inscription. The condition of the contents is near fine. The delicate charts are in excellent, complete, unblemished condition. The pages are smoothly clean, strongly bound, bold and confident. fk.
