After visiting her friends in Alaska to learn more about the breed and mushing, Louise Basson completed a course in dog behavior at the Ethology Academy. This booklet was a easy read with beautiful colour images of the authors experiences and different dogs. It's a great book for first time Husky owners or someone needing to learn about the breed. It has some great information on sledding, breed specifics and also general care of dogs. It's a quick read which in my view is perfect for it's intended audience.
