I was recommended this book and I would recommend it to everyone. It has beautiful illustrations and all information on location and population (although a little dated). It my most read bird book and a fantastic buy. I wanted to be able to recognise different breeds and choose what birds to buy and it was very useful. My latest additions are a pair of fulvous whistling ducks and a pair of mandarin.
