Seller's Description:
Very Good+ in Fair dustjacket. NOTE: we have a very rare double-jacketed copy. The main dustjacket is, for the most part, good. It has edgewear along the top, especially, and a few closed tears. It has been protected by the second jacket, so it is clean. The second jacket is very rare. It is white with red and green printing and Christmas illustrations--holly, candles, etc. It is printed as follows: Greetings of the Season / And may you / enjoy this story / of manhood / When / by Harold Bell Wright [in a box] / A Man's A Man / My Good Wish. This is not a handmade jacket, but a printed one, clearly intended as a temporary Christmas gift wrapper. This jacket has a large piece missing from the front, which goes down into the text, and top & bottom edgewear. Also has a large closed tear on the front, small chips, and an area of surface paper lifted from the rear. Below the last line of text is a dotted line on which a gift-giver has written his name. The book itself is very clean and nice.; 8vo; 348 pages.
