Just thinking that one day we will no longer be here causes us immense sadness, because, although our chil- dren grow up and form their own family, made up of their partner and children, for us as parents they will never grow up, and they will always be our babies. Because we as parents think about who will take care of them, who will feed them, who will be looking after them, even if they are children or adults, it is a genuine and understandable concern. Many times as parents we are selfish and we even over- protect them so much that many times without realizing it we suffocate them, and instead of doing good without realizing it we do harm to them.
