Covers have soiling to upper left front corner and general age wear but are tight and secure. Blue cloth w/ white lettering and border and with inset picture; 117 pp. text with bw frontis and 49 half-tone engravings from photos. A small but comprehensive book on Josiah Wedgwood and his wares as well as a list of materials invented or perfected by him. Includes marks as well as examples of Queen's Ware, basalts, Jasper Ware, Rosso-Antico, Lustre-Pearl Ware, etc. With information about several other ceramic makers/company owners.

Very Good. 8vo-over 7¾"-9¾" tall. 117 pages, blue cloth with a tipped in plate on the front cover and with white print on the front cover and spine. Square and solid with light wear on the covers and some light soiling. Some light foxing on the front and rear free end papers, otherwise the interior is unmarked.
