Die Wahlbeteiligung bei den Kommunal- und Regionalwahlen lag jedoch bei 36% bzw. 44%. Diese lokalen Wahlen, die mehr oder weniger mit Unregelm??????igkeiten behaftet waren, werden angeblich von der politischen Partei der amtierenden Machthaber dominiert. Die RHDP gewann 123 Sitze in den Rath???usern und stellte 25 Regionalr???te. Die PPA-CI, deren Mitglieder sich zehn Jahre lang von der politischen B???hne zur???ckgezogen hatten und ein baldiges Comeback ank???ndigten, scheinen die gr??????ten Verlierer dieser Kommunalwahlen zu sein.
