I have 4 out of 6 of her Bread Machine cookbooks, plus her Edible Pockets and her Sandwich Maker Cookbooks, so when I purchased a new waffle iron, it was an easy decision to purchase "Waffles" as well. I opted for the earlier edition as I do not have a pizelle maker, and don't have any plans to add one. There is a newer edition that covers waffles and pizelles.
I have not been disappointed in the quantity or the quality of the waffle recipes and have many that I would like to try. As usual, she's very clear in her directions, and very thorough. I can recommend 'Waffles."
