Like most tribute albums, Virgin Voices is erratic; when the tracks don't work here, it's usually due to uncommitted performances or generic, undistinctive dance-music backing. But there are some good moments -- surprisingly, two of the best come from industrial heavyweights KMFDM and Front Line Assembly, who reinvent "Material Girl" and "Justify My Love," respectively.
