Projecting our memories of a by-gone era is both rewarding and interesting. While this book is about Christmases, this season also prompts the intertwining of lives lived in a set time-frame. So many people can relate, join in with the remembrances of others. It can never be emphasized enough to our youth that there really was a kinder, gentler time during the generation before them. Most of this book is about the late 50's to early years of the 1960's.
