The soundtrack to Good Morning Vietnam often came off as a little too Hollywood, so here's an album that's more reminiscent of historical documents than unit-shifting. Vietnam: A Musical Retrospective includes many of the same tracks as its predecessor, but it does have the actual Adrian Cronauer introducing the show, not Robin Williams. On purely musical merits as well, the compilation is a bit more weighty than Good Morning Vietnam. Each of the tracks here is a classic -- "Nowhere to Run," "Rescue Me," "Born to Be Wild ...
