Je ne fus pas assez heureux pour y avoir des relations avec un grand nombre de cur???s mais, en g???n???ral, je re???us les meilleures informations sur leurs principes de morale et sur leur z???le ??? remplir leurs fonctions. J'ai ???t??? li??? avec quelques personnes du haut clerg???, et j'ai eu sur le reste de cette classe les meilleures sortes d'informations. J 'ai vu dans le clerg??? de France (et nulle part on ne peut en rencontrer beaucoup de cette force) des hommes d'un grand savoir et d'une parfaite candeur.
