Mike Blakely is fast becoming one of my favorite writers with his ability to weave a tale. This book, Vendetta Gold is almost as great as Commanche Dawn, which had me spellbound. His ability to keep the story moving and his audience entertained is with the best. I only wish his books were longer, so I could read them longer, and I am not an avid reader. I read more as I have gotten older and I like to read occasionally, unless I find material I am interested in or a good tale comes along. Yes I would recommend this book to others and tell them not to read the end because the story is better the way it works itself out.
