The majority are simply grilled vegetables in their own right, although some include grilled vegetables within the recipes, such as Eggplant, Tomato and Haloumi Cheese Tart, Grilled Vegetable Lasagne, and Grilled Pepper and Onion Tart. Other recipes would be suitable as accompaniments to meat, fish and poultry. There are also recipes for sauces, dressings, oils, marinades and butters for serving with the recipes.
