Hyde is not the average hospital executive. His ruthless blend of criminal brutality and crony capitalism has subverted Oil Town General, a small rural hospital near the Mexican border, and created an underworld hospital ward, or UnderWard. Hyde wants Obamacare funds to expand his hospital, but first he must replace Oil Town's lone, pesky, independent physician, Dr. Kaline, and snare a tenth, "owned" doctor, Mark Sap.
