A fair trial and a righteous sentencing: But in the real world we often don't see that. We will look at five cases from the time before DNA evidence and hi-tech investigating tools. These cases have been a thorn in the side of the judicial system due to them not being solved, or of new evidence that may point to a different perpetrator than the one that was convicted. We will turn back the clock and look at these cases and see if we can find the unanswered evidence.
