The ten papers in this anthology edited by Daniel Muller and Monika Wingender cover current trends as well as methodological and theoretical aspects of Slavic standard languages . German description: Die Beschreibung standardsprachlicher Typen ist ein in der Standardologie immer wieder geaussertes Desiderat. Der von Daniel Muller und Monika Wingender herausgegebene Sammelband behandelt in 10 Beitragen aktuelle Entwicklungen sowie methodische und theoretische Aspekte slavischer Standardsprachen. Im ersten Teil des Bandes werden auf der Grundlage eines Modells, das Typen als Geflechte graduierbarer Merkmale und der zwischen ihnen bestehenden Korrelationen definiert, standardsprachliche Merkmale theoretisch und methodisch erortert und am Beispiel zweier prototypischer slavischer Standardsprachen empirisch untersucht: am Beispiel der als monozentrisch geltenden Standardsprache Russisch sowie am aus dem plurizentrischen Standardsprachkonzept des Serbokroatischen hervorgegangenen Kroatischen. Im zweiten Teil werden diese Aspekte in einen breiteren methodischen und begrifflichen Zusammenhang gestellt und weitere Fallstudien zum Russischen und den Nachfolgesprachen des Serbokroatischen vorgestellt. Wahrend in Hinblick auf das Russische vor allem Fragen von Norm und Usus, der aktuellen Dynamik der standardsprachlichen Norm und neuerer Tendenzen in der grammatischen Norm behandelt werden, konzentrieren sich die Beitrage zum Serbokroatischen und seinen Nachfolgesprachen auf Fragen der Varianz, der Charakterisierung von Idiomen als eigenstandige Sprachen oder Varianten sowie der Plurizentrik und des Zusammenhangs von Sprache, Politik, Religion.
