A express???o de EGFR e C-MYC foi realizada por m???todo imuno-histoqu???mico. A imunomarca??????o C-MYC foi categorizada em n???veis de express???o baixos e altos com um limiar de 25%. A intensidade da imunomarca??????o e a porcentagem de c???lulas positivas para EGFR foram avaliadas e agrupadas de acordo com os par???metros do escore de Allred. Apenas os casos com pontua??????o EGFR TS >4 foram considerados superexpressos. Inclu???mos 25 casos. A idade m???dia dos pacientes foi de 60 anos, com uma propor??????o homem/mulher de 1,5.
