Seller's Description:
Very good. No dust jacket as issued. Corners & spine bumped & rubbed; spine is beginning to lean; a few pages are dog-eared; no marks. Trade paperback; glued binding. 301 p. Contains: index, illus. (b&w). An amazing, comprehensive collection of knitting patterns grouped into categories. Most patterns are accompanied by a descriptive text giving details about the origin and usage.
Lots of useful and beautiful stitch designs for adding interest to knitting work. Lots of ribbing, textural, lace and cable designs. Mostly old fashioned but adaptable and many of them I've never seen before. I'm going to use this book a lot. Arrived in good time and good condition (in spite of RSA customs department!)

Must Have
This book is a must have for any knitting lover. It frees you from the same old patterns and lets you create unique and exquisite works of art. My favorite section is the lace section. My mind started whirling with idea's for adding home crafted lace to everyday items, such as towels and sheets, and making a masterpiece for family and friends. Also, if cabled sweaters are your passion, the cable section will blow you away and get you thinking so far out of the norm that you will amaze yourself with your creativity. I highly encourage everyone to spend the money for this book, as you will never have to pay for another knitting book or pattern again!
