The fifty-one works reproduced in this catalogue, on exhibit at the Huntington in spring 2009, range from the twelfth century to the twentieth, and represent such renowned artists as Shen Zhou, Wen Zhengming, Dong Qichang, Wang Jian, Wang Hui, Wang Yuanqi, and other important painters and calligraphers.
