This city is celebrated for the goodness ofsiits harbour, which is quite open, but with sec-ure anchorage, and is usually full of ships loading wines, salt, and glass-wort. The city is built on 'the slope ofa high mountain, on the top of which the castle is situated. Engraved armorial bookplate of Baron Clonbrock, perhaps 1st Baron Clonbrock, Robert Dillon (1754-1795).
