This volume is a collection of the papers presented on a study day `Transfrontier Mobility of Law' held in Erasmus University, Rotterdam, on 23 September 1994. It shows the range of interests that can fit under such an umbrella title. The postscript section of the volume gives an overview of the discussions that took place on that day.
