I purposely made many problems easy with the numbers, just to show students how to solve the problems. Change the numbers and you have a whole other problem, complete with arithmetic and algebra challenges. Students need to have basic arithmetic and algebra skills to do these problems. For some problems, they will need to be able to reduce fractions or convert fractions to percentages.
