Alfieri was an Italian dramatist and poet, who is considered to be the founder of Italian tragedy, writing a total of nineteen tragedies. Â Translated into English by Charles Lloyd. Rebound in a cloth binding. Externally, smart. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spines and to the extremities. Some very minor marks to the boards and spines.
