Covers are rubbed at corners, joints splitting, spine tips quite worn, spine covering cracked and torn. Interior brown endpapers, gift plate to "Mrs. Elizabeth Kirwan with Thos. Walmsley's compliments" dated 1884, hinge cracked, endpaper edges chipped. Pages toned but otherwise clean and unmarked, shaken but still holding. A worn but still usable copy of this scarce original look at Toronto 130 years ago, priced low to reflect condition.; 8vo 8"-9" tall; 320 pages.
