What can I say Devon Monk is one of the greatest sci-fi writers of our decade when it comes to Steampunk. Though she has basically only written three steampunk books so far these get you right into the story. The vivid imagry of the characters and plot lines are well thought out. When I first pick up her book I was thinking well I will finish this one in about three days because of the length and time I have to read. Well it was so good I nearly forgot to sleep. If you love Steampunk and have not read any of her novels yet regarding the steam age you have to pick this one up. Possibly pick up the other two to go along with it. You will not be disapointed.
