Sly & Robbie's dubbed-up versions of Balck Uhuru and Viceroys numbers, as essential as they are, are matched in quality by such stellar material as Alpha & Omega's "One Prayer" and "Rastafari," Mixmaster's militant "Zulu Warrior," and Dub Syndicate's "What Happened?," all of which straddle the line between old-school rhythms and textures and new-school technology.
