There is a great deal of stress and pain that comes through crumbling marriages, estrangement from family members or friends, business deals that go south or when we feel like our skills are not fully appreciated at work. On the other side, there is so much joy that comes through respectful and loving family relationships, friends that we feel we connect with and learn from, and work experiences where we feel that we are able to satisfactorily use our skills to improve the lives of others and contribute to society.
