Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library. Bookplate to the front pastedown, 'Cazenove'. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with some fading to the spine and front board. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Some marks to the boards and spine. Light spots to the fore edge. Front hinge is starting but firm. Bookplate to the front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with some odd spots.
