This book would have benefited greatly from proofreading and editing. Grammar and spelling errors galore.
Nonetheless...
I found 4 chapters that had enlightening and very helpful viewpoints I seem to have been blind to. While not a definitive guide to letting someone go, it has some thoughts you may have missed.
