Helen Bannerman. Very Good in Good-jacket. Dustwrapper, 12mo, unpageinated but c50pp inc numerous full page colour illustrations by the author. Undated-a previous owners name handwritten on title page dated 1944. The wrapper is lightly but uniformly browned, and has loss at spine ends and two corners, with a little splitting along spine seams and leading edge seams-it is sound but a little delicate on account of this. Ther red banding to the upper and lower wrapper cover margins has faded to an orange hue, but the illustration and titles etc are bright and distinct. The orange cloth below is bright and sound save a little light fading to the edges in places. The contents are clean and tight. VG in G dustwrapper. Size: 16mo-over 5¾"-6¾" tall.
