Very Good. 8vo 8"-9" tall; 321 pages; [signed] 1930 Ives Washburn. HC 1st edition. Snugly bound and neat in original ribbed purple cloth with titles in gilt to spine. Signed on the front flyleaf by the former Jesuit and outspoken critic of the Catholic Church hierarchy, Boyd Barrett. On the same page heas penned "First edition. No. 49"-not sure what that signifies, unless the author took some copies to sign prior to the official launch and sale date. Cloth a bit sun faded at spine with gilt a little dulled there. Contents bright and fresh. VG; Signed by Author.
