" I am only just recovering, and very slowly, from a severe attack of influenza; and both my wife and son John are down with it, attended by comely professional nurses, but hardly making any progress towards recovery. " I finished Peter Peter Ibbetson and we were all delighted with it--so original and so full of wise reflections.
