Seller's Description:
Good in Fair jacket. 192 pages. Written by Jessie Wood, a former pupil of Wood's who became his partner. Unable to marry Wood (his second wife refused to allow a divorce) she changed her name by deed poll to "Lady Jessie Wood". Most of the public assumed her to be his wife. This book picks up where his autobiography left off. The general condition is good. The cover has wear and is much marked from storage conditions. The bodies of the dj covers are also rubbed. There is wear to the dj head and foot. The blue cloth cover is sturdy and serviceable. The inside front and back covers have a previous owner stamp. The contents are clear, clean, sure, companionable. fk.
