Near Fine in Very Good dust jacket. Hardcover with dustjacket, first printing as stated on copyright page, inscribed, signed and dated by the author: "To my good friend Charles R. Weiner with my appreciation of his appreciation! Hugh Scott-27 June '68." Book is in excellent condition, slight fading to the cloth near the bottom edge of the front cover is the only remarkable flaw, the jacket has rubbing to the glossy surface and the front flap has been corner-clipped, the original price is present at the top of the flap, there are no other remarkable flaws, and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, "The 124 illustrations, 24 in full color, are accompanied by a history of the T'ang era, and a chapter on each of the categories in the collection gives a comprehensive background to the illustrations"; Signed by Author.
