A study of God the Father
The First Person is one of a trilogy of books that were written by Lehman Strauss between 1954 and 1967. Each volume consists of multiple chapters, written in simple devotional style, that emphasize the different attributes of each person of the godhead. This book deals with the First Person of the Godhead ? God the Father. The book is divided into three parts.
Part 1 discusses our need for a correct, Biblical understanding of God.
Part 2 of has a total of 12 chapters which document The Father?s personality, eternalness as well as other attributes including omnipotence, omnipresence, love, mercy and more.
Part 3 has 17 chapters which explain the importance of the various names of God which are revealed in the Holy Bible.
I found this book to be delightful, instructional as well as very well documented. Each name, attribute or concept has scriptural references. This book was thorough, thought provoking and a valuable addition to my library.
