VG but for very slight rippling on some tops of first few pages. only very light soiling and wear to boards. 1/2 vellum binding with salmon cloth with bevelled edges and an inset gold image of the artist at his etching press. Top page edges are gilt, others are untrimmed. Extra signed etching on light blue paper is laid in. 32 pages, 87 leaves of plates. Plates 7, 18, 25, 33, 35, 38, 41, 46, 51, 62, 63, 70, 78, 85, and 92 have numbered and titled tissue guards. 16 original etchings. This is number 43 of an edition of only 100 copies, and is signed by James McBey. The original etching on blue paper is titled "Barcarolle."
