This is the standard reference work of artists signatures. It has most of the signatures of known artists up to the time it was first published in 1976. There were some additions in the reprints, but I think it has not been updated since 1988. If you are in the business of appraising, authenticating, buying or selling paintings or other signed works of art, this book is very usefull.
