Large octavo (6-3/4" x 9-1/2") bound in genuine lambskin leather, stained red and stamped in gold with the title and decorations by Valenti Angelo who also designed and handset the type; 116 pages. The authorized King James version, set in paragraph form, with an introduction by Dr. Robert Gordis. Each page has been printed in three or four colors on only one side of the sheet, utilizing a French fold, with the ornamental borders drawn by Angelo. Copy #1439 of 1500 SIGNED by the illustrator on the colophon page. Monthly Letter laid in.
