In The Year of Fears I share the story of how I turned my fears into faith and desire and completely turned my life around. I woke up the morning of January 1, 2015, after having just started a journey of self-discovery, and said to myself, "What can I do differently this year that will change my life?" It hit me like a ton of bricks. I said (to myself), "You are going to confront one fear every day this year." Yep, that's exactly how it happened.
