Very Good in Very Good jacket. 91/2x12 1/2. 536 page hardcover with many illustrations-color and b/w. Also a large fold-out diagram at the rear showing the layout of the carpets for the Long Gallery of the Louvre. Text in English. The dust jacket is complete-bright, crisp and clean-and has a color photo of a carpet fragment along with title on front cover and spine. Full blue cloth exterior with title on spine and crest on front in gold, top edge is gilt. Interior is unmarked, tight and clean. The book is quite heavy (61/2 pounds) and oversize, so standard postage rates might not apply.
