This concert, recorded in a studio with a live audience in October 1984, is a delight. The program is great fun, containing for example "Caliente," a tune that ranges from the bright to the crepuscular, and which is given a lyrical performance, especially by violinist Fernando Suarez Paz. Piazzolla, no doubt keeping in mind that he is in Europe, opens "Decarisimo" with a charming solo in the style of a musette.
