Seller's Description:
Good in Good jacket. 1929, First Edition. 372 pp. Hardcover, purple cloth. Good copy in a Good dust jacket. Heavy mottling and discoloration to the cloth along the spine and on small parts of the boards. Otherwise a pretty nice copy, with a strong binding and clean and unmarked text. The DJ has some chipping to the spine ends, including the loss of 3 letters from the publisher's name on the foot of the spine; shallow loss to corners; spine faint sunned; small abrasion to the title on the front panel, blurring 8 of the letters. A rare dust jacket, with a design typical of its time. No indication of DJ designed, other than the initials EM (or is it IM or FM? ). The DJ is now housed in a mylar wrap for added protection.
