This is a lovely, well illustrated story that our granddaughter loves. To add to the fun, I bought a small china teacup and saucer and made cambric tea for both of us to sip and enjoy.

Beautiful book beautifully illustrated
I first read this book to my sons over 25 years ago and here I am buying it to read to my granddaughters!
My sons remember it with love and fondness and now want their daughters to enjoy the thrill of a tiger calling for tea and eating (and drinking) Mummy out of house and home!
The story is amusing and the illustrations are beautiful - you cant help but fall in love with the cheeky tiger who empties the cupboards of food and drinks from the tap.
I think it explains why our family love cats so.
