Pecos is falsely accused of cattle theft by one of the cattlemen, Ike Crittendon, and promptly thrown in jail by sheriff Boone Morgan. With the help of his friend Angevine "Babe" Thorne, a supportive local journalist and the beautiful Marcelina, Pecos orchestrates a turnabout no one could have anticipated!
