Ms. Thomas does it again. Jennie is our heroine and she takes a lot of rejection from our hero just because she keeps her word to her friend. It works out in the end. She gains a child to love and raise and adjusts well after leaving behind a family who did not appreciate her. she finds her man who does eventually see that the lies he believes shes so good at are due to loyalty to her friend. Its a good story. You should read it.
