It makes alot of sense
I love how the authors explain how everyone's body is different and as children we had an intuitive knowledge of how much to eat. Children know when they are full, parents tell their children to keep eating despite the fulness which sets the child up for possible eating disorders later in life. But I digress. I haven't actually finished reading the book yet. I also love how they have put in a basic Psych-K balance for beliefs. They explain alot about how your subconscious beliefs affect how much you eat, what you eat and whether or not your body will get fat from what you eat. I would recommend this book to a friend, sister, mother, brother, father, acquaintance etc. Just to read it and learn about how our minds create our reality and we can choose to see things from a larger perspecive and see the reality a little differently.
