Volume 1 complete with 12 plates and plans as called for in the rear pocket. Dust-wrappers now with removeable plastic protection. Previous owner's bookplate on each front pastedown. Slight wear to extremities. Volume 1 spotted to exterior page edges and a little musty. Contents clean and unmarked.
