He is a faculty member at Everett Community College in Washington State, where he teaches education and speech classes. He specializes in organizational, interpersonal, and instructional communication. Ken has written a number of journal articles and books and has taught online courses for the University of Phoenix (UOP) for ten years. He served as Assistant Department Chair for General Studies at the UOP Online Campus, San Francisco, and is a past member of the University's Academic Cabinet. Jason D.Baker is an associate professor of education at Regent University, where he teaches and conducts research about online distance education.He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a M.A. in Education, and a Ph.D. in Communication.
