I started reading this book but laid it aside so I do not have a full opinion regarding its content just yet. This author fills a need in terms of subject. There is on-site library material, on-line historical synopsis and very expensive tomes but not moderately priced material to get started on more in-depth reading at my level of interest. I did not realize the book was written by a self-published author which in itself might not be a problem if I'd factored this in the decision to buy. The editing however was poor and kept distracting me from his account. He provided a map which is a nice detail, but it was unreadable. Disappointing .
